Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped (within 24 hours of placing the order)
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

Return & Refund Eligibility
We offer easy 7-day returns on all orders. Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Intimate apparel and innerwear
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
